Ht. 5'3", Wt. 200 - Seems like there has been a lot of posts asking for tips on loseing weight. The responce to everyone has been eat healthy and exercise. I know thats true but there is a lot more to it than that. I have a ton of tips and I feel it's about time for me to start posting again and helping everyone out. So here are my tips. 1. Drink lots of water seriously drink half your weight in oz of water. Like if you were 120 lbs you should drink 60 oz of water. The best way to know if your drinking enough water is if your pee is clear. Kinda weird but true... (Click here to see rest of post).

Pretty slow for Cross Country. I run 2.5 in 22-23 minutes.

OMG that was a great post, i've also agree 1,000,000 % with you!!! I think those are great tips!! I like to keep "snack bags" in my backpack at school, which include tons of healthy things like celery, maybe a few of the "100 calorie" goldfish, and apple slices, stuff that I personally like, and when I am hungry, I just sneak a piece of celery and it fills me up. Almonds also fill you up, if you don't eat too many.. they are pretty caloric, but filling.. Again, you typed all the words straight out of my mind!! thanx from EVERYONE!

I absolutly agree 5000% percent about everyhig you said!!! I always find that Eupoeans, for example, enjoy their food, have smaller portions, and are generally healthier people. I know becuase my father's from Italy (as in he was born there, my cousins are there) and whenever we go to visit I saw smart, sexy teens who lok HEALTHY THIN AND TONED!!!! Americans are frankly, PIGS! That's not meant to be an insult, but the nation as a whole has no idea that food is one of the spices of life and so we became the fattest on earth! I am lucky that my dad's Italian and my mom's Polish, so I've always ben brought up well in the art of eating. Now you're probably thinking, then why don't I wiegh 102lbs? Well, wheh you grow up here as a kid, you are stilll bombarded by bad influences of how much (and what) you should be eating. As a matterof fact my parents gained weight too. But then they lost it, my mom's working to loose some more weight and now I truly understand why you should enjoy food and I love to eat but I stop when I'm full, so I feel satisfied and energzed becuase i eat the right foods!Thanks again!
