Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155ish - breakfast:pop tart. lunch-97%fat free turkey sandwich. snack-lays chips. drink-caprisun. snack-popcorn& yogurt. excercise-80 situps, 30 pushups, 50 squats, 100 crunches. alrightt, now here's my thingg. how can i stay committed on what to Eat?

i say eat it w/e just small abounts u know share with others or something u dont want to deprive yourself of all your favorite foods....i dont but i excersise so it dosent matter just rem. to stay active

Watch out for the junk food. poptarts and caprisun are bad. chips, though fattening, arent horrible, but dont eat them all the time.

Hey. I was just reading through your food list and I don't think the pop tarts,chips and caprisun are good. Caprisun can be full of sugar as with a lot of drinks. Anyway to stay commited you need to focus on what you want to achieve. Tell yourself you need to lose 5 lbs by whenever. Set yourself small goals. Look at pictures of people with the body you want. Watch programmes about weight loss and exercise, they get me motivated. Good luck xxxx
