Ht. 5'4 , Wt. 210 - i have a work out i hope will work. it is a 3 minute workout. you do as many pushups in a minute and jumping jacks in a minute and situps in a minute. then i am going to record it in a book to see if i get better or worse. for any other tips you can give me please do.

you probably need to do more than 3 minutes a day but that sounds like a cool way to record your finess progress
