Ht. 5'3", Wt. 160 - hi, i am overweight and i keep on gaining weigh. When i ran track, and was excercising everday, i was still heavy. I am really confused because even when i do eat healthy and excercise i am still over weight. Now after summer i am still heavy and dont know what to do about it. I feel lost and i have tried many different things but i just dont know what to do. I feel like i am an emotional eater and eat just to be eating. but i really need help so that i can be healthy and finally be able to wear the clothes i want to wear.

hi i'm sara i ate alot for emotional resons to it's really hard to stop this summer i did a dead on stop to emotinal eating and i lost weight a goog thing to do is to write down alist of rules to waht you can and can not eat as well as things like how much tv youy can watch and other such things know when ever i feel out of control and i want to binge i go for a walk or a bike ride to clear my head also just laying down and closeing your eyes for a few minets every day can clear your head. dont eat more then 1500 cals every day that will help alot as well and just find some time to do a easy exersize like walking i know it's really hard but you can doit i belive ibn you
