Ht. 5'2, Wt. idk - does this sound good i had a bowl of honey nut cherrios( 150calories) with milk(130) then i worked out for 30 mins lost 110 calories. then for lunch i had this cusine 300 calories. for a snack i had a south beach cookie (100 calories) dinner ravoils cuisne(250 calories) then a 100 calorie pack. all day i drank water

are you outa your mind two rules that helped me get from 6'2 253lbs to 155lbs-163lbs eat in moderation and exercise 30-60 minutes 5-6 times a week to maintain you can cut it to 4-6 days a week

You may want to cut down your frozen meals to one a day because they have a lot of sodium
