Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - kay. i went on the scale for the first time in like 3-4 months today and i was 160 pounds. okay thats not so bad becuse last time i weighed myself which was at the doctors was 157. yeah im fed up with this. im gunna excercise and BARELY eat. ive made a decision, FOOD=MY ENEMY. if i dont lose any weight i will seriously just break down and not eat because i can& ive tried it beforee, it's not as hard as it looks. ill have special k for breakfast and lunch because they have that losing weight plan and a salad for dinner and excercise a lottt. =)

Reply from Kayla, Age 15 - 10/03/06 - IP#: 68.229.76.xxx The thing is sweety... your going to binge. I LOVE LOVE LOVE cereal but its not enough for breakfast and lunch. Which means when you get home and there's nachoes and french fries your going to be so starved your actually going to get them. And then your going to figure that your entire day is shot to pieces so you might as well eat whatever else you want because you couldn't possibly lose weight with that afternoon snack. And then you'll do the same thing the next day and never really change your weight.
