Ht. 5'3, Wt. 210 - I hate being overweight!! I used to weigh 250 and lost weight during the summer. I still diet the way I did when I lost all that weight, but I'm not losing anything. All I do to exersise is ride a bike everyday for thirty minutes and go walking around my neighborhood (about three miles) every once in a while. I eat cereal or toast for breakfast, different things at school for lunch, and whatever my stepmom fixes me for dinner (which is not alot). Then after I do my normal exersises,the bike, I eat a 40 calerie fudge bar. I really want to lose weight. Can ya'll please help me. It seems like you might need to put more control on your diet. You have a lot of vagueness there. My thought would be to have a cup of cereal and a cup of milk for breakfast. Measure it out because a lot of our portion sizes is where extra calories sneak in. For lunch you need to get a grasp on what your having. It can't be just whatever they're serving at school. Bring a salad or something. You have to make sure its healthy. Research it if you have to. Then you should probably have a snack to keep your metabolism going. For dinner you also have to check your portion sizes and make sure its healthy. If it isn't your going to have to make yourself something different. I know it stinks but you just have to do it. Make sure you exercise every day because that's very important to making sure you stay healthy during your diet. Other than that you seem to be doing fine and just make sure your getting enough food at regular intervals so your body doesn't think its starving. Good Luck!
