Ht. xx, Wt. 187 - OMG SERIOUS ATTENTION PLEASE...tomorrow i have to run a mile or else i fail gym for the year and it usually takes me 10 minutes so today i went for a run within 1 minute i started crying because a horrible cramp came into my side i fell on the ground and was in a lot of pain so doesn anyone know why? what? or how i can fix this??? PLEASE IM BEGGING ANYONE HELP?!?!?!?!

Gatorade. that's my answer, also if you wanna run faster if your not allowed to have i-pods in gym just think of evanesance songs, like "wake me up" they always get me motivated. helps me during our running tests =]

well don't drink to much, because then you'll get cramps and you'll feel gross running. but yeah, you wan't to be hydrated. uhh theres not much you can do other then stretch well, and pace yourself. don't go to fast.

drink lots of water before you run that mile and i mean a lot! i hate gym!
