Ht. 5ft 4 inches, Wt. 124 - I can promise all of you the best diet for children and teens is not to diet all you need to do is eat healtier and get outside more often swim ride bikes walk around town with friends! I found that out the hard way I went through diet after diet and I lost weight but after I reached my goal I went right back to fatty foods because well they taste good and I would end up putting all the weight back on plus some! So finally I talked to my doctor and she told me not to diet to watch what you eat and watching what you eat and eating healtier doesnt mean eating food thats nasty alot of healthy foods taste great!When I was in 16 I was in a horrible situation were I was so tierd of gaining weight that I started a crash diet and because I wasnt getting the right nurtrion I got very sick and look at me now Im 18 and Im no longer overweight! I try to eat blanced foods, exercise, love who I am, and not eat a lot of junk. Eventually, I'm hoping to be around 140lbs...but I have an appointment w/my new doc. on Mon and I never saw him before so I'll ask how much I should weigh based on my body type and stuff (he knows both of my parents!).
