Ht. 5'2.25, Wt. 130 - i have offically lost 45 pounds since june.. homecoming was this past weekend and poeple could not get over how great i looked.. i still want to lose another 10 pounds and my friends keep tellign me i need to stop but i just love losign weight and teh sense of control that a diet gives me and my mom says i excersize too much.. i workout 7 days a week.. runing 4 miles everday cept for wed adn thurs when i only run 2 cause i go kickboxing class for an hour and then saturday and tuesday i do a pilates class for an hour and i do 20 min of weight train everday.. right nwo it might seem liek a lot but i dont think it is.. i jsut feel bad when i take a day off i feel liek im gonan gain weight and i dont feel as thin.. do any of you have tips for runnign outside in the winter? please respond!

Reply from orcy, Age 15 - 10/10/06 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx yeah, i don't think you can have to much excerisce unless your starting to get sick, really tired, sore all the time, or are losing to much weight. for you, your absolute lowest weight should be about 120, so losing another 10 lbs is safe, but you shouldn't go any lower than that. also, your weight right now is still really healthy so if you can't lose any more weight don't worry about it and focus on maintaining yoru weight.
