Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - Soo. I want to lose 42 lbs as soon as possible. I plan on eliminating all deep fried food/soda/ect, and I plan on biking for an hour a day, plus 200 situps and push ups a day, but they wouldn't be all at once. I'll probably do 100 in the morning and 100 at night. I am aware that push ups and sit ups gain muscle, but burn fat. I'm a 371/2-38 inch wasit but i want to get down to a 24-26. I want to lose at least half by January. I'm starting tomarrow. Do you guys think everythings realistic?
Reply from missy, Age 13 - 10/10/06 - IP#: 68.38.211.xxx crunches sound greatt, but if you wanna lose weight faster...try cardio. as of doing some jumproping, ddr, dancing, jumping jacks, riding a bike..stuff like that. oh here's a tip to help u burn fat faster...when your doing crunches push your lower back to the ground.
Reply from Lindsey, Age 14 - 10/10/06 - IP#: 169.204.230.xxx Why not make your own personal workout like with walking, running, hula hooping, weight lifting, going up and down stairs, dancing, cruntches/pushups, and whatever you want, wall push-ups, squats,...a little of everything is great.
