Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - Hi I'm new to this site. I have been overweight for almost 4 years now. I will be graduating high school this year and I want to lose 20 lbs by prom. Does anyone have any good advice on a healthy diet and excerise plan?

your really not that overweight, and 20 lbs is the absolute most you should lose. just drink a lot of water, excersice atleast 5 or 6 days a week doing both cardio and strength training. eat whole grains, vegetables, fruits ,etc.
