Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - today for breakfast i had a bowl of cherrios, snack i had south beach cookies (100 calories), lunch a small bagle with low fat cream cheese,100 calories pack thingy, and apples, and for dinner a healthy choice tv dinner and a skinny cow after. i have skinny cows once every couple of weeks but i think this is the last one im going to have for awhile. for excersise i had to run around the gym twice. does that sound good? does anyone know how to burn off fat from hips, stomach and thighs

cardio. its the only ay to burn fat. but to target those areas even further try going to AOL fitness or about.com and look up some exercises.

Try getting more fruits and veggies in your diet. Also 2 times around a gym isn't really exercise. I mean I'm not telling you not to do it because everything helps but try to do a little more. If all you can do right now is 2 laps around the gym build up. Tomorrow try 3 laps, even if you have to walk on the 3rd on. Just push yourself you can do it. Some with the fruits and veggies. Add them into your diet slowly. I would sugest insted of a skinnycow have a nice juciey piece of melon or cut up a banana or strawberries to put in your cheerios (they tast better with something sweet in them anyways) WEll I really hope I helped.
