Ht. 5' 3.5", Wt. 142.5 - okay im trying to be a bit healthier. does this sound good to you? im not drinking any pop or things like gatorade at all.for lunch i usually drink green tea (i read in readers digest it quickens your metabolisim). im trying not to eat salty foods, like chips. i joined the swim team at the YMCA and swim 6 hours and 45 minutes every week. im going to start not watching tv as much and if i do i want to be doing some kind of areobics at the same time. i think this is a healthy eating plan. opinions anyone?

actually you shouldn't really be any less than 115.. i mean a little less is fine but if you get to somewhere around that point, you shouldn't really kill yourself to lose anymore.. but your plan sounds good, just make sure your getting about 1500 calories a day and lots of fruits and veggies =)

hi you shoul concider lossing 15 pounds you and my neace are about the same she is 5'4 143lbs and she looks far from healthy its good what youve plane your target wieght should be 102lbs-115lbs unless your a large frame then 120lbs-135lbs
