Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - ive been on this special k diet for 5 days now. everythings greatt =] i havent eaten bread for 5 days either. and my snacks are usually yogurt or popcorn, so thats also good too, or thewre fruits and veggies. =]. i havent eaten really any junk food for a while either lately. alrightt well my scale is broken but i definatly think even by not eating bread and doing this plan helps me lose weight. also i excercise alott. and thats like doing 500 crunches a day. =]
p.s. how do you get rid of your belly fat before you make your abs tighter. any suggestion excercies?

really the only thing that will make your belly fat go away is cardio. Walking is really good and then when that stops working step it up to running.
