Ht. 5'1, Wt. 129 - hello everyone! my goal is to lose 20 lbs by January 1st. i was wondering if that's a reasoable goal? ultimetely my goal is 105.and place to exercise! i want to do 30 minutes of running AT LEAST 5 days a week. is all this reasonable to everyone? i want to do this the healthy was! as always, thanks for the help!

oh yeah, i didn't even read your name, so I didn't even notice you were a guy..haha sorry, but yeah 105 is way to small. lift weights and stuff and you'll lose fat and gain muscle. and cardio will help you lose some fat, but down to 105 is to much. and since your a guy you need more like 2000 calories a day.

actually thats plenty healthy as long as your eating enough food, one of my guys friends is around 5'6"-5'7" and last time we weighed him out of curiousity he only weighed a 100lbs.

Damn bro. you're goin to be mad skinny. 105 is okay for a short girl, but a GUY? are you going for skin and bones? (and I'm assuming you're male because your name is John)

i was planning on lifting weights. 105 is pretty healthy, actually, because i'm not very tall. thanks though.

yeah sounds good, but 105 lbs is the lowest you should get, but since your only 5'1 its still healthy. still, don't be upset if you can only get to 115 or 120. its still healthy! but just make sure you get 1500 calories a day and you should be able to lose about 20 lbs by january.
