Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - so yeah today i am sick so this is what i had- breakfast-nothing. lunch-half a subway sandwich that was 260 calories w/ some popcorn& 4 glasses of water& some campbells' chicken noodle soup. snack- 2 scoops of ice cream. i know im bad i ate junk food but today was the first time i had bread sincelast week so, im still going back on a no bread all healthy diet. plus ill try and add in some ddr. or dancing in my room or hopping in place for a half hour. i know im sick yet i have energy its just me =] i know today was a little abd but was it THAT bad?

Reply from Orcy, Age 15 - 10/24/06 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx yeah, bread is actually really good for you. just try to have whole wheat braid or something a long those lines and don't have to much of it. but its perfectly fine (actually, really good for you) to have it on a sandwich or for toast for breakfast or whatever.
