Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This is what I had today. Breakfast mcdonalds and water. Lunch chicken and dumplings and water plus a cookie that has 170 calories. For supper kentucky fried chicken. Exercise today vollyball for 50 min basketball for 20 min, 101 crunchs, 25 pushups, 200 leg kicks on each leg, 40 one way crunch, 50 squats and 40 plie squats. How I do plus i lost
3 3/4 inches not pounds. So How I Do ??

not to be mean but if you want to lose weight then you shouldnt eat fast food and especially 2 in one day. You have to stay focused if you want to lose weight:D good luck and remember make good choices!

Hmmmm well it sounds pretty bad, but I'm not really sure what you ate because you didn't post specifics. You could've had anything from McDonalds from fruit to a Big Mac. So I'd really like to help you make better choices, but I can't if I don't know exaclty what and how much you're eating through out the day.

even though u didnt eat very many calories, that was still unhealthy becaus most of i was refined white grains

excersize was pretty good food was completly awful. None of that was balanced or nutritious.
