Yeah, not only does it work for any cereal, but its a definate metabolism slower downer. Of course someone doesn't do the special K diet for forever so even when they switch to a regular diet their weight loss slows way down for a while. Most people however, often go crazy after 2 weeks of nothing but cereal and a little bit of dinner and eat more and gain weight. This is hard because say if you wanted to go from 160 to 150. The first time around no problem, but the second time your probably going to plateua at say 154 for a little while. So while eating tons of cereal is fine make sure your throw in a little something more substantial too.

just so you know, i just read the special k diet works with pretty much any cereal. its just the idea that if you have one serving of it its a good number of calories for a meal. so, if you are feeling hungry doing the same thing with more fiber will be just as good. besides, i read somewhere that special k isn't AMAZING for you because its the same thing as eating white bread and stuff.. its fine, but whole grain stuff is just better. but otherwise good job =)

Hmmmmm, well I know the Special K diet is supposed to be a big no no but you did get a lot of good stuff in. The only thing I would say is maybe add in some whole wheat bread with a little bit of natural peanut butter or something. Other than that, good job!
