Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - breakfast-apple w/ a breakfast bar& a glass of skim milk. lunch-apple w/ a yogurt& water. dinner idk? snack after school- lean cuisine sound okay? excercise- walking. gym. more info later. i'm gunna try a new thing where i don't eat after five. i heard the first week you lose 10 pounds and the rest you lose 5. i think thats pretty sweet =]
Reply from Orcy, Age 15 - 10/27/06 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx well, not necessarily. you can lose that much depending on how much you used to eat after 5. i mean, calories is all that matter. if you eat the same amount of calories that you did, but before 5 instead, its the exact same thing.
