Ht. 5'5, Wt. too much - AHHH!! I am sick of going between 177-182. It is driving me crazy! I eat balanced, organic vegetarian foods so I know thats not my problem. Unless maybe I need more protein. I guess I'll go back to a protein shake at dinner. I definatly need to increase my cardio though. That is my goal from now on. I am gonna do more cardio for a full 30 minutes, do my usual walking for 30 minutes and my 20 minutes of weight lifting. This is getting on my last nerve....

are you weighing yourself at different times during the day? make sure you weigh yourselfi n the morning before you eat anything, because you weight can fluctuate throughout the day. and you sheould weight yourself without clothes, because that can add up to 2 lbs.

Hmmm well just because a food is organic doesn't mean its good for you. Make sure your still not eating just organic cookies and pitas. Also check the amount of the foods your eating. A lot of times people eat way more than the serving size. Portion has definately been my number one weight loss key.
