Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - Why is it so hard to stick to or start a weight loss plan? I mean I stick to diet and exercise plan, and then I kind of lose motivation. Anyone have any good tips on how to stick to their weight loss regime? I could really use some advice. My birthday is coming up in 4 weeks and I will like to lose at least 6 lbs by then.

don't cut out junk food all the way, because you'll just crave it then binge.. and what i do , is a subscribe to fitness magazine (theres tons of goods stuff) and me an my friernd made a fitness collage out of inspiration quotes and stff like that. i hang it on my door before i leave my room every morning and it reminds me to do good all day.
