Yea well it's hard. First go shopping and get healthy foods. Make sure to get some single serving desert foods like 100 calorie pack, 100 calories pudding, skinny cow ice cream sadwitched, or healthy choice fudge bars. That way you have a sweet but somewhat healthy thing to eat every night or when ever. Just stick to ONE. Then make sure your getting 30-60 minutes of cardio every day. That could be running, swimming, biking, eliptical, jumping rope, or anything that gets your heart rate up. Drink LOT of water. at least 64 oz a day more won't hurt you. Weight training is your choice but it will amke you gain muscle that weighs more than fat so your weight may not look like it's going down. If you can stick to what I just said for 2 weeks you will see a few pounds lost if you stick to it for a month you will see more. If you stick to it for a year you will be at a super healthy weight. YOu can do it!!
