Ht. 6'2, Wt. 215 - Food today! B-(didn't finish all the cereal.) 1 cup organic ricecrispies with 1/2 cup milk and a banana. S-balance bar. L-3 pieces sushi with 1 tbsp soy sauce, light fat free peach yogurt, 2 cups blue gatorade, two milano cookies. D-two cups salad and a potabelo and swiss sandwhich on rhye, two milano cookies, 1 cup red gatorade, 3 cups dr. pepper (bad, bad,bad). exercise- 2 hour varsity basketball practice, 1 hr tap class, ran 2 miles and 8:30 pace after practice.

even though rice crispie srae low in calories, and may be organic, they have like no fiber, there some healthy good tasting options out there try somethin diffrent
