Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - breakfast-fat free 90 calorie yogurt. lunch- fatfree 90 calorie yogurt with vanilla oreos. after school-popcorn with some halloween candy. exercise- jogging 10 minutes.. 15 minutes of cardio. speed walking home=15 minutes. is hula hooping an exercise?

oh yeah i forgot to say i had a lot of carrots at lunch! lol i stole them from my friend.

yeah, hula hooping is actually really good for your abs. but eating wise you didn't do so good. the oreas were bad. the yogurt for breakfast was good, but you definetly need more calories, and you need to get it from fruits and veggies because you didn't have any.
