Ht. 5'3", Wt. 150 - My weight has gone up and done and i always hit the same platau. 150lbs. When i finally get past it i mess up and it goes right back up. Ive been trying to get past this weight for months now. I dont eat too much (hardly 1000 cals per day) i excersise as much as i can and i dont know what else to do. Any help, or even just support that you can offer would be great!
Reply from Orcy, Age 15 - 11/07/06 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx you need to eat more like 1500 calories, because your metabolism will slow down alot if its not getting enough calories (which your not) and it will hold on to every calorie you eat so you can't really lose weight. so eat about 500 more calories then you have been, keep going with the exercise, but add strength training because it adds muscle, burns fat, which causes your metabolism to raise.
Reply from kaylee, Age 14 - 11/06/06 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx eat more. Around 1200-1500 calories a day. Also make sure your working out and doing cardio.
