Ht. 5'4, Wt. 165 - breakfast-hot cocoa w/ a cereal bar that has multi grain =] lunch- turkey sandwich with a bottle of water, muffin bites, and a apple. after school- pollio cheese sandwich. dinner- ? exercise-15 push-ups. 12 situps. kickball. DDR for a whilee so i burn more than 100 calories. i know it wasnt bad but not good. but ill try and do as much ddr as possible.

oh and for dinner i had vegetable soup !! =]

good job =) except a whole sandwich for a snack? you'd be better off with something smaller, and if your hungry, add some fruit or veggies to your lunch or breakfast.
