Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - As I have said bfore, I take my weight loss in steps. My next challenge is to stop eating extra portions at meals. My problem is like, eating an extra slice of bread...a little bit more salald, a spoonful more pasta, you know. It all adds up! It's just a bad habit i need ot get over. After that, my goal is to exercise 30 tim a week for at least ten-thirty min. each day, depending on how uch time I have. I have different videos and stuff. So, who wants to join the challenge? Next week I'l post again to see if I've improved and maybe you could join in too. :0)

I used to have that problem, try drinking 1 cup of water every time before you eat, 1 cup while eating and then another cup after having eaten YOU WONT HAVE ANY SPACE for extras lol! It seriously works:) another trick is simply to brush your teeth after you've eaten one portion
