Ht. 5'2, Wt. 198 - This is what I had today. Breakfast Ceral. 120 cal. Lunch Chicken and dumplings with water and 100 cal pak. For supper three small slices of meatloaf with some ketchup and tea. With one potato and some cottage cheese and applesauce. For snack apples with carmel 4 slices of apple. and 5 cal candy. two of those. Exercise 100 crunchs, 20 pushups, 30 one way crunch, 100 plie squats, 100 squats, 60 touch toes, 30 left leg kicks, 30 right leg kicks, vollyball. Please reply. How did I do.
