Ht. 5'2, Wt. 198 - This is what I had today. Breakfast Ceral. 120 cal. Lunch Chicken and dumplings with water and 100 cal pak. For supper three small slices of meatloaf with some ketchup and tea. With one potato and some cottage cheese and applesauce. For snack apples with carmel 4 slices of apple. and 5 cal candy. two of those. Exercise 100 crunchs, 20 pushups, 30 one way crunch, 100 plie squats, 100 squats, 60 touch toes, 30 left leg kicks, 30 right leg kicks, vollyball. Please reply. How did I do.

i know waht you mean it gets dark so fast! i was gonna take my doggies for a walk and i step out side and it was dark at like 515.

I took a walk yesteraday. I couldn't today because by time I got ready to go it was dark outside. It get dark here in Illinios at 5:00

Eating not so good. More fruits and veggies!! Excercise good, but you should take a walk every day even if its only like 10 minutes along with your other excercise.
