Ht. 5'3", Wt. 165 - brekafast-hot chocolate with a cereal bar that has 30% less sugar than normal. lunch-Chicken sandwich with a organic blueberry granola bar, a water bottle and carrots. snack after school-lean cusine. dinner-some ribs and teryaki noodles. exercise- dance for 2 hours and scooter hockey, it burns a lot of calories if you try hard :) does this sound goood?

Not bad. Although the bars are probably high in sugar. How is your calcium intake? What about fiber? Do you know which foods have fiber? coolnurse.com is a good website to learn from, so is mypyramid.gov
