Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - ok, today i think was a bit better but anyways: BREAKFAST: 2 apples cause i didnt have enough time to make eggs, LUNCH: Jam Sandwhich & 100 calorie pack(Jam is like 20 cals for 1 tbsp, and bread was whole wheat), SUPPER: 2 apples and Kraft Dinner, only had a little bit of kraft dinner cause apples filled me up:) and at work on my break i had 2 100 calorie packs, and i snacked on a few foods i shouldnt have, but hopfully i'll do better tomorrow:)
what do you guys think??

There is a website you can go onto and it asks for the weight you are..the weight you want to be and some other questions and it tells you how many calories you should eat per day. Just go here: http://nutrition.about.com/od/changeyourdiet/a/calguide.htm.

You are not eating enough!! You needo to eat at least 1200 calories a day, drink lots of water and exercise. If you eat too few calories, your body is gonna slow its metabolism down and if you continue to eat that way for a while, you will most likely lose muscle mass - not good.
