Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - So, this is what i did today. Breakfast: Yogurt-100cals
Lunch: salad-about 150 cals dinner: apple:100cals, corn-100 cals pudding-50 cals drink-10cals (It doesnt seem like ive eaten alot but ive been filled up by what ive eaten and ive stopped eating when i feel full and i havent been tempted to snack at all today!) Exercise throughout the day: 200 crunches 200 jumping jacks 40 girly pushups I really hope i loose some weight!

u've only eaten about 460 calories... and u need at LEAST 1200 to get ur nutrients, not go into starvation mode, and stay healthy
