Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Its morning but heres how ive done thus far. I got up; did 100 crunches, 50 girly pushups, 100 jumping jacks, and 20 min on the treadmill. For breakfast i ate a banana and a handful of grapes-150 cals, i drank some green tea, and a glass of milk-100cals. Hope everyones day goes good:)

For lunch i didnt have a choice of what to eat (long story) but i had a banana-100 cals fig newton pack-130cals and i had some starbucks-270 cals So far my total for the day is...*thinking* 750 cals Not bad? :)
