Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - Today so far ... breakfast : 1 cup multigrain cheerios, 1 cup skim milk. lunch : 1/2 cup homemade deer chili, wheat bread toasted deer sandwhich [mustard and banana peppers were the only condiments] That's all so far. Dad is bringing home lean pockets for dinner. YUM! So I'll probably have a lean pocket and a side salad. Exercise : 210 crunches, dancing around in my room for about 15-20 minutes, simple weight lifting with just 3 pound weights, 30 minutes walk/jog on the treadmill.

deer!? that is discusting! deers are sooo cute I HATE hunters THEY should be hunted! I love it when I hear about hunters that get attacked by animals they were trying to hunt haha.
