Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - ugh, i got home and pigged out. idk why, maybe it was because i had french fries in culinary today and i thought i screwed up already.. but im usually not like that.. I came home and had a 100 calorie pack, diet cranberry juice, a handful of wheatthins, an almond joy, and a little peice of a gingerbread house (it had the cookie and frosting on it).. ew i feel so gross. theres always been a time where i fall off my diet and NEVER get back on. I can't let it happen again. Advice?

You helped me feel better when it all sucked. :0) Okay well, you pigged out. Last wee I pigged out EVERY DAY and I gained about 1-3 pounds in truth, I'm sure i did but i can't tell the scale keeps changing. But you won't gain wierght if you have ONE OR TWO BAD DAYS! Just remember a few things. First of all, you trying to change your life for the better, not "diet" so have TIME to loose weight healthily and be happy with your body. I need to at least be 150 to be healthy according to my doc, and if I was 184lbs in Feb, you can do this too! I've had many pleatus, like right now, so it's easiest to just take your weight loss in small steps. The hardest was giving up soda. No I don't even care! That's why I set goals. Feel better, Orcy. EAt a healthy dinner and try to exercise, but if not, rmemeber that tomorrow's a wh9ole new day!
