Food today: Breakfast pumpkin muffin w/ 2 tb. pumpkin butter, lowfat chcolate milk/SNack: SOuth Beach Diet Wheat Thins/Lunch: slice of roasted eggplant pizza, lowfat pudding/Snack: apple w/ pbs (if I get hungry before dinner I'll gave a fruit cup/DInner: pasta and tuna, salad, brcoli, possibly a potato/Exercise: like 10-15min, of SOME EXERCISE DVD! :0)

good job! the only thing to watch out for is make sure that your fruit cups aren't the kind in the thick syrup- that adds a lot of bad for you sugar and it makes it not so good for you.
