Ht. 5'3", Wt. 180 - I wondering if you guys could give me tips and exercising ideas. I am totally comitted to losing weight I just need more exercise. I am going to take it slow but because of my genes it goes sorta faster and I'm worried that it isn't healthy. But then when I eat a BUNCH of carbs I gain. So I was wondering if it is healthy to eat lots of fruits and veggies, some meat and some carbs because you know everyone is different. Also I have a treadmill and a gazelle machine. I was thinking 10 mins running and 20 mins gazelle everyday along with lots and lots of water. I also love green tea because it's good for you and it clears skin very well. Also, would anyone like to be weightloss buddies because I really need someone to help me and i can motivate you too! :)

A great way to lose weight is by jumping rope. Stay strong!

Maybe you should check out the Mypyramid.gov website. You can type in your weight and height and age and they'll tell you how many of what food groups you should be eating.
