Ht. 5'6", Wt. 170 - k guys tell me if this meal plan sounds good/ im trying to lose weight and get more iron in me as well.
breakfast- either a scrambled egg with dry wheat toast or just an apple
lunch- nutri grain bar, carrots, sugar snapped peas, and other veggies
dinner- red meat (steak or something) with green veggies like asparagas, peppers, and green beans
snack throughout day- apple

Try to eat poultry if you can mostly. And I do not think an apple is a very sufficent breakfast. You need protein too, like the eggs and milk. Protein keeps you full for a long time.

that's pretty good, but red meat isn't that healthy for you. but if you want to eat meat buy the round or lean cut meats at the frocery store.
