Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 - Hey guys!! I'm not sure how I did, but I think I did alright. Here's what I ate today. Breakfast: Didn't have any [I woke up late]. Lunch : leftover turkey with green beans, 1 small slice of pumpikn pie with fat free cool whip. Snack : 2 cups plain popcorn, 2 handfuls dried cranberries, 2 small celery sticks with lowfat cream cheese. Dinner : green beans, turkey, 1 small slice pumpkin pie [no crust] with fat free cool whip and hot tea.
Exercise : walked on the treadmill for one hour, lifted weights, danced, did 200 crunches. i hope i did ok!! i might dance more later and do some more crunches.

You didn't do that bad.BUt you need more vareiety in your food. Keep going. :)
