Ht. 5'6", Wt. 195 - Okay i'm not even sure what my weight is but i do know that it's really high since i just went to the doctors. I decided my eating plan for school days because those are the ones that get me the most. I would usually eat nothing all day until i got home at about 3 and then until dinner i would pig out. So from now on since i leave pretty darn early for school im going to eat fruit for breakfast, i'm going to make MY OWN salad and take it too school, and when i get home i'll eat a healthy snack, all the meanwhile drinking tons and tons of water. then eat in small portions whatever my mom is making for dinner or make my own. I get 30 minutes of wlaking home excersize after school, and 30 also in the morning if i decide too walk. I also have my bike and skateboard so that'll probably be my excersize untill i can buy MARIO DDR. by the way, anyone knomw if thats still out? :/ sorry for such a long post, but good luck everyone! missed you!!!

Another great bookis Toning For Teens. It is a workout with dumbells with an eating plan. I reccomend that too!!!

And you are definitley doing alot to keep up your weightloss hm? Great goal by the way. most people start big and want to lose like 50 lbs but you do it in small goals. you're a great influence!

Also, the scret to my success is the Diet For Teenagers Only! It's the best $20 you ever spent on a book!!! Go out any buy it! What also helped me not taking seocnd portions, giving up soda, and taking up pliates/yoga. My goal is 145- 150 my doc. said it was a god goal so that's what I hope to be by May when I have to buy a fancy graduation dress! Reply ASAP!
