Ht. 5'9", Wt. 180 - hey ok i'm starting my new plan today...could you guys tell me if you think this is good?
breafkast-special k bar
lunch - either turkey sandwhich on wheat bread or some kind of soup or sald
dinner - either salmon, soup, salad, or tuna(is tuna good for you??) and i will drink at least 8 cups of water a day
excercise: 2 miles on treadmill (walking and jogging), 15 min. on bike, 2 miles on eliptical, and 30 minutes of dance dance revolution
oh and i will have like 2 snacks every day (fruit)

That's great! and Tuna isn't bad for you..fish is always a good source of protein. I could never have a special k bar for breakfast or any bar lol, I'd need something more to keep me full but if you get full with that, then that's great. Add more protein to your breakfast to get you started in the day. Good luck!

That sounds really good if you keep up with it! Good luck! and by the way tuna isn't bad for you as long as you don't put alot of mayo, and if you can, put low-fat ^_^
