Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Breakfast: 1/2 cup cream of wheat, 1 slice wheat toast, 8 oz. skim milk
snack: 1 grab bag of BBQ baked lays
lunch: turkey, 1 slice wheat bread, 1/4 cup cranberry sauce, 1/3 cup green beans, diet dr. pepper
snack: plain popcorn [about 2 cups]
dinner: 4 small slices deer sausage, 1/2 cup baked beans, diet pepsi, 2 slices wheat bread.
30 min. walk, weight, 200 crunches
I swear, we have no veggies in the house!! we're going grocery shopping in two days though, so i'm going to get alot more fruit and veggies in my diet!!

Wow, I'm forgetting stuff today.
A fact about Diet Soda: Drinking Diet Soda makes you actually more hungry, because your body thinks its going to get calories but it's not, so then it like, wants calories or something. (I drink it anyways cause it tastse good)
