Ht. 5'3", Wt. 180 - Yay! I lost 5 pounds! Today I ate 2 bites of toast for breakfast (I was in a hurry) for lunch I had a little less than 1/2 of my cheese quesadilla and 1% milk and an apple slice. for dinner I had a small protion of turkey with a tiny portion of mashed potatoes, milk, and gravy (less than 1/4 cup) and a salad after that for a snack i had an orange and a litte shredded turkey (they're small, my mom shredds it for thanksgiving lol)and i had milk. for exercise I did 225 ab lounge sit ups, 20 minutes on the gazzelle, and a few minutes running and doing jumping jacks. sorry this was long but how am i doing?

Good! but next time don't eat two bites for breakfast. Give yourself time for every meal, so you can chew it all...you need your full breakfast! You should've put the toast in a napkin and took it with you or something. Breakfast is the most important meal (I know you probably heard this 594594 times lol). Also that wasn't long, I've seen longer ;)
