Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - The holidyas have been awful! I did aesome on THanksgicving. For the last six days I post my food, it all goes wellm then there are leftover pies and cokies and sweets, full of salt, sugar, heart-clogging fats and sugar!!! I messed up so bad. BUt today I though to myself: WHY?? I always feel better hwne I do healthy things mentally and physcially. I think it's just that it brings back kid memories, you know? NObody denies you when your're a kid, wen you might be a little twig and then bam! you get older, and you don't know how to eat healthily. It wasn't my parenys. it was me for not taking control of how much I ate. My top food challenges have been soda, second portions, and sweets. I've overcome a lot. but my doc says I still need to be 150lbs and feel so far away!!!! Can anyone relate??

You're not far away from 150 lbs!!! you are soooo close! being this close should give you crazy willpower. Your reaching your goal (well the Dr. recommended) What's your goal by the way? mine is 130. You can lick this, it's a peice of cake---I mean fruit! :) Good luck, Izzy!

i know exactly what you mean. but tomorrows a whole new day. get back on track and you'll do fine. You've done awesome so far so DON'T GIVE UP!
