Ht. 5'8", Wt. 173 - ok so food so far:
B: a serving (measured out) total with skim milk. then in culinary we made omlettes, which was 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons whole milk, and about 1/4 cup cheese. so that was kind of bad but i usually don't eat enough calories so i guess it was ok. so breakfast was about 450 calories.
L: Turkey with lettuce sandwich (on a roll because thats all we had left.. ugh), a 100 calorie pack, an apple, and water (another 450 calories)
Snack: 100 calorie pack
And dinner I haven't eaten yet but were having whole wheat pasta and meatballs (turkey meatballs) and probably salad. I'll try to fill up on salad.
And sorry this post was so long but exercise:
Track Practice: 1 mile warmup, Strides and Plyos (which are basically sprints and these fat burning exercises like high knees, but kicks, high skips, etc) then we threw a little and jogged on the grass for about 1/4 mile. probably a little bit more than that. then we did 3 sets of pushups (11, 15, then 20) and 50 crunches to the center, and 40 to each side.
did i do ok do you think?

That sounds really good, good job!! That's so cool you do track. I'm horrible at sports lol. The only sport I play is volleyball. I want to get good at track though for the spring so I can be in it with my boyfriend. =)

That's good! but make sure you drink 2% milk or something rather than whole and except for having 100 calorie packs for snacks...try to change your snacks up like have a 100 cal pack and then for your next snack have a bowl of fruit or something. It's all about variety! :) Good luck!

I think you did awesome. DOn't feel bad about the omlets, becuase eggs are at leats high in protein and you probably burned them off with all that exercise!
