Ht. 5'8", Wt. 191 - Hey everyone! I've decided to not diet anymore as harshly. I'm just going to watch what I eat and not eat sweets. I'm doing fine so far. It's just a lifestyle change. And another reason my weight is a lil higher is b/c I have a lot of muscle. My calves are all muscle it's crazy and my legs are just bout the same. I was just wondering does anyone know any excercises that target your upper body such as your stomach??? If you could tell me any that would be great!! thank you!!

I don't think there are really any exercises to target one specific area of your body but I hate my stomach too! lol so I do situps and crunches and stuff (50 in the morning, 50 at night). CARDIO is great for toning up every part of your body, including your abdomens!
