Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - MY dinner: a serving of tilapia ( a fish), stir fry, 2 smal slices of Italian bread with olive oil, and potatoes. Earlier, after the banana and pudding, I got really hungry so I had a serving of baked lowfat chips with salsa. :0) I didn't have time to exercise. Did I still pull it off??

It's actually recommended that you eat 4-5 meals a day because it speeds up your metabolism which results in weight loss (and it's good for your abdominal system). The carbs in whole grains are good for you and potatoes aren't that bad, it depends on how they're cooked. Izzy, try to cut your portion sizes for dinner next time. Like have the fish and potatoes,or the fish and the bread (make sure it's whole wheat/grain) because fish gives you the protein and the bread would give you the carbs and the potatoes give both, you substitute a food.

I love italian bread but I don't eat it anymore, I just eat whole wheat. Try not to eat anyy type of white bread, any white food is bad! (except for the egg stuff) lol Good luckk
Reply from Lindsey, Age 14 - 11/28/06 - IP#: 67.5.205.xxx Sounds good, but it does sound like you eat too much. For dinner you should have picked either the bread or the potatoes. Carbs like that are fattening. Not eating so much helps you lose weight. How in the world do you always eat between breakfast and lunch, don't you go to school? I'm confused.
