Ht. 5'9", Wt. 180 - hey does this sound good to y'all? Breakfast:banana. Lunch:black beans, fajita chicken, wild rice, lettuce (it was the insides of a burrito lol). Snack: pudding (100 cals). Dinner: chicken noodle soup and an apple. And i had about 10 cups of water today, and i'm about to go to the gym and do 2 miles on treadmill, 15 min. on bike, 1 mile on eliptical, 500 crunches, and work on the weight machines.
What is the Christmas Challenge?

More fruits & veggies. 10 cups of water? That's really good. For breakfast have a healthy cereal or oatmeal and a banana that's what I have every day. Cheerios is healthy. Chop up half of the banana and put it in a bowl w/ cheerios & milk and eat the other half. =)

That sounds like a really good plan you have going there. If you stick to that you'll lose tons of weight. Anyway, I think the christmas challenge is to lose fourteen pounds by Christmas. I'm not quite sure though. Good luck, and stay strong!
