THanks for your advice! I know I chould've picles either bread OR potatoes, but I have ahorrible bread habit becuase my father is from Itlay and we eat a lot of good-for carbs and whole grain (neither one of my parents are overwweight) but Italian bread is white, I know. But I have to agree with Claire. I'm sorry but you need fuel ot move and keep your body going! I'm reading The Diet for Teenagers ONly and I tlaked ot my docotor. I should have 2-3 snacks a aday. TO answer you question Lindsey, we have a quick break between periods 2 and 3, about 15 min, so I always pick a healthy snakc to eat.

That's great, you only have a little bit more to go! My Doctor actually said that I didn't need to lose weight which is weird because I know I'm fat lol, my stomach is the size of Alaska and I just don't feel as healthy as I should be and I don't feel as comfortable with myself (my self esteem is dirt low! :( ) so I'm still working hard on losing 30 lbs so I can really be healthy. Good luck to the both of us! and mann I know how Italians eat, you guys have the best food! lol mouth watering pasta dishes...and bread sticks and ohhh, I must stop! lol Good luck with losing those final lbs! :)

Oh and Claire my Dr. recommended goal weight is 145-150, and I'm pretty tall so I really only look like I'm in the low 160s anyhow, so that'd be fine for me. I'm not a "big girl" I'm just not meant to be skinny, LOL! I luve myself and all, beleive me i'mdoing this for health in the long run thatn for looks, although having more confidence would be great too!
