Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - Food Today:
Breakfast: 1 Serving total with skim milk
Lunch: Turkey and Lettuce on a roll, an apple, and a 100 calorie pack.
Snack: 100 calorie pack.
Dinner: A macaroni and cheese lean cuisine and an apple
Exercise: Track Practice: We did a mile warmup, Stadiums (where you run up the bleachers, take a couple steps straight foward and down the next row of stairs, then a few steps and up the next row and straight then down the next row.. then you go back to the ground and repeat. So we did 3 sets of three) then we threw a little bit and then did 2 sets of 15 pushups and crunches (50 to the middle and 40 to each side)

haha i forgot to ask: how did i do, and what changes could be made to make it better. p.s: the only reason i had a roll was because we were out of the whole wheat wraps i usually have..
